Blue Moose offers year-round programs designed to keep kids active, confident, creative, and connected. From summer camps to school-year programs, special events, and parties, every Blue Moose experience is built around movement, fun, and community.

Blue Moose summer programs are available for incoming 1st–6th graders (some programs extend through 7th grade). Campers are grouped by age, and all activities are adapted to meet kids where they are developmentally.

Blue Moose Adventures is our signature multi-activity camp, designed for kids who love variety, movement, and play.

Each day is filled with:

  • Big group games

  • Outdoor adventures

  • Water days

  • Teamwork and cooperative play

  • Inflatables and surprise theme days

This is a screen-free, pressure-free environment where every child can participate, succeed, and have fun.

🎨 Artsy Adventures with Mr. P

Creativity, Imagination, and Expression

Artsy Adventures with Mr. P gives kids a dedicated space to slow down, imagine, and create. Campers explore drawing, painting, clay, and mixed media through hands-on, age-appropriate projects.

This program is a perfect balance to active play and helps children build:

  • Creativity and self-expression

  • Focus and confidence

  • Pride in finished work

Blue Moose Sport-Specific Camps are designed for kids who want to learn a sport or grow their skills in a positive, encouraging environment.

Each camp focuses on one sport and includes:

  • Fundamentals and technique

  • Age-appropriate drills

  • Small-sided games

  • Teamwork and sportsmanship

  • Confidence-building coaching

Sports may include:

  • Soccer

  • Flag Football

  • Basketball

  • Baseball / Softball

  • Pickleball

School-Year Sports & Movement Program

Throughout the school year

  • Tuesdays: Field Park

  • Thursdays: Forest Hills

  • Time: 3:30–5:00 PM

  • Grades: Kindergarten–2nd

Extra Innings is a high-energy after-school program focused on:

  • Basic sports skills

  • Teamwork and respect

  • Active play

  • Learning new games

  • Making new friends

A Night Out for Parents β€” A Night of Fun for Kids

On select evenings, Blue Moose hosts Parents’ Night Out from 6:00–10:00 PM. Kids enjoy games and activities while parents enjoy a night out. We partner with local restaurants to make it a win for everyone!

Celebrate with Games, Fun, and Big Smiles

Celebrate birthdays and special occasions with Blue Moose Parties at Field Park in Western Springs.

Party Package Includes

  • 90 minutes of games & activities led by Blue Moose staff

  • 30 minutes for cupcakes, presents, and celebration

  • Cost: $15 per child (minimum $250)

  • Location: Field Park, Western Springs

  • Availability: One weekend per month (Saturday & Sunday)

  • Grades 4–7:

    • Skills & fundamentals

    • Offensive/defensive concepts

    • Game-based learning

No helmets or pads required.
